I wanted to reach out and let you know Brandon Thomas’ presentation for our gates was great! When meeting him onsite myself and board members were very impressed with his approach to alleviate our gate worries. Eagle Highland North has already signed a contract. Brandon’s knowledge our systems was very helpful in the board’s ability to trust the services proposed. I will absolutely refer him to other managers to bid on future services within the large ecosystem of Brown Community Management properties. Every once in a while, planets align, and everything falls into place. Life just turns perfect…Our homeowners association invited Western Fence to our community for a bid for our electronic gates and the maintenance of those same gates. Our board met with Brandon Thomas, the Sales Manager for Western Gate Automation and what struck the entire Board instantly was Brandon’s honesty and open candor. The communication, skills and understanding of our issues were, to us, absolute perfection. This review is to give thanks to Tom, Brandon, and the rest of the crew at Western Gate Automation.
